BSEC Design has two Directors, Richard Jackson (Electrical) and James Turton (Mechanical & PH).

Richard is an experienced Electrical Services Engineer and has worked within the industry for over 30 years. Richard joined BSEC Design from Capita as a Senior Electrical Engineer when BSEC Design was initially amalgamated in 1997, and his drive and determination quickly saw him become a Director of the company in 2001. Richard has been instrumental in the overall steady growth of the company and establishing a solid Client base, and also in maintaining the high-quality standards which ensures that BSEC Design sees repeat business from Clients time after time. Richard is also responsible for the general management of the company and staff welfare.

James has actively been part of the industry since 1997, having initially attended the University of Central Lancashire to attain an honours degree in Building Services Engineering; graduating in 2001. James eventually moved to BSEC Design from S.I. Sealy & Associates in 2004 as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. James specialises in Mechanical, Public Health and Low Carbon engineering services designs, and brought a passion and enthusiasm to BSEC Design which has helped the company remain at the forefront of the industry for many years. James became a Director of BSEC Design in 2015 and is responsible for ensuring the company remains streamlined and up to date with current and future trends, allowing BSEC Design to constantly improve efficiency, performance, and Client relationships.
